What International Civil
Law Notary means?

An international civil law notary is a licensed attorney appointed by the State (in Florida, by the Secretary of State) with the authority to issue "authentic acts"—instruments that certify the content of the document, not merely the signature, and the substance of which is presumed by law to be correct. They are essentially the American equivalent of our civil law notary.
